Consent is Everything assembly went off without a hitch. The sexual assault awareness event held for ALL 800+ male students featured Det. Brian Rose and Anthony Trucks as our wonderful guest speakers on this vital topic. The dynamic duo spoke about consent and assault with passion and clarity. Super thankful to them, and to Principal Louie Rocha for supporting my (Trine Gallegos) idea to help our Panthers be informed and safe. Panther Tails is a Runaway Hit

For the second year, Panther Tails is a runaway hit. Pairing Antioch High School’s cross country team with Antioch Animal Shelter dogs, the program features the students taking shelter dogs out for a run in Antioch’s Historic Downtown. On Sept. 29, the 50-some runners took eight tail-wagging pups for a jog, and will do this weekly through the cross country season.
