Antioch Council of Teens Monthly Meeting

Recreation staff continues to visit Antioch schools to invite students to get involved with the Antioch Council of Teens (ACT) program. More than 75 students were reached at Deer Valley High School last week. The first meeting of the year will be held at the Antioch Water Park on Monday, September 10th from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

About Antioch Council of Teens (ACT):
Calling all middle and high schoolers. The Antioch Council of Teens (ACT) will hold their September meeting on Monday, September 10th at 6:00pm. Meeting takes place at the Antioch Water Park. New students from Antioch High School and Antioch Middle School are encouraged to join the meeting.
Meetings will follow every 1st Monday of each month.
The Antioch Council of Teens will be working on the following:
- Help sponsor events to benefit the City of Antioch’s Youth
- Voice your opinion and take action about it
- Serve your community
- Work as a team
- Improve social skills
- Build self-confidence
- Learn job skills
