Antioch Barbershop Forum

The Barbershop Forum

KTVU’s Barbershop Forum hosted by Paul Chambers returned to the City of Antioch. Along with Mayor Pro Tem Thorpe and Council Members Ogorchock and Wilson, Chief Brooks and many of his command staff and officers, and the Antioch City Manager Rob Bernal attended the Barbershop Forum held at Antioch High School. Moderated by Paul Chambers of Channel 2 News, the well-attended event was an opportunity for interested members of the community and the surrounding region to ask the Police Chief questions and concerns they have about the Antioch Police Department. As the group wrestled with how we can keep our community safe and our youth occupied with positive activities and programs, Mr. Chambers closed down the interaction with a call for everyone to be personally accountable for their actions and to work together toward common solutions to our shared desire to see Antioch be a safe, transparent and accountable community.
